DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE AFFECTED BY STOCK ISSUES. IF THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME IS EXCEEDED, A SALES REPRESENTATIVE WILL CONTACT THE CUSTOMER TO PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION.<\/p>\n<p>There is no collection or delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. This should be taken into account when calculating delivery dates. During periods with special circumstances, such as Christmas dates, transport strikes or extraordinary events, deliveries may suffer delays not attributable to BUNNYSHOPBMX.<\/p>\n<p>Orders may be delivered to mainland Spain, Portugal, Andorra, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and other destinations accepted by the shop.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Returns:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicable regulations establish a return period of 14 days from delivery of the order to the consumer. The buyer has fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of delivery to decide to return the order, without penalty and without giving a reason. The product and its original packaging must be kept in perfect condition. In this case, return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, as well as any deterioration of the product.<\/p>\n<p>PRODUCTS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN ASSEMBLED OR REMOVED FROM THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING CANNOT BE RETURNED.<\/p>\n<p>In this case, BUNNYSHOPBMX will not refund the purchase amount; the amount will remain as customer credit for possible future purchases.<\/p>\n<p>The return will be made by the customer by sending the product to BUNNYSHOPBMX, C\/ISABEL II, 1, 28660 Boadilla del Monte, Madrid (Spain), after prior notice to tienda@bunnyshopbmx.com.<\/p>\n<p>If, at the time of delivery, the customer can clearly see without handling the shipping packaging or product packaging that a product has defects caused during transport, or that there is an error in the goods received, the buyer must notify BUNNYSHOPBMX by email at tienda@bunnyshopbmx.com within 48 hours of receiving the order in order to request the return of the affected product or products and either replacement with a new item or refund of the price paid.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SHIPPING: Orders will be delivered within 2 to 15 business days depending on the product, through a courier company designated by BUNNYSHOPBMX.
